Food Inflammation Testing (FIT)

Symptoms can occur anywhere from a couple hours after ingestion up to a few days after consumption. Starting an elimination diet without much guidance can be challenging. That is why we offer FIT tests (food inflammation test) which measure your sensitivity in different foods, additives, and even candida. With just a simple finger stick you can get the results you need to get your gut feeling better. The test measures the severity of IgG and complement reactions which is your immune response to the various foods and additives. 

Symptoms of food sensitivity include: irritable bowel syndrome, joint pain, chronic headaches, migraines, fatigue, eczema, and psoriasis to name a few. This test evaluates 22 of the most common food sensitivities tested on the FIT 132 test. The test measures IgG and Immune Complexes the same way the FIT 132 test does. The test is run using a blood sample obtained from a finger prick. Meal plans are not included with this plan.
