Casey Johnson, PA-C is a certified physician assistant with advanced experience in orthopedics, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England in 2017.

Casey began her career at one of the largest orthopedic surgery practices in Western Massachusetts, where she worked in both surgical and non-surgical settings for four years. She also served as a PA for Springfield College Athletics, diagnosing and treating sports-related injuries among collegiate athletes.

Her passion for aesthetics led her to become certified in neurotoxins and dermal fillers in 2021. She quickly expanded her skillset to include PDO threads, biostimulatory injectables, and microneedling, including RF technology. She later worked in aesthetic plastic surgery in Pittsburgh, training alongside top injectors and surgeons in advanced, nonsurgical approaches to anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.

In 2023, Casey joined Regeneration Pittsburgh to focus on musculoskeletal pain relief, regenerative therapies, cellular aesthetics, and body composition protocols. She brings a highly integrative and personalized approach to patient care.
