Nothing in your body works alone.

Energy, sleep, metabolism, hormones, stress, movement, and recovery continually influence one another. FLOe Life creates the time and continuity to understand those relationships, follow what changes, and build a plan around the life you want to sustain.

Care is personal, data-informed, and coordinated with your existing physicians when needed.

WHAT FLOe LIFE IS

A connected view of your health over time.

FLOe Life combines personalized internal medicine, longevity planning, and relationship-based care. Led by Dr. Abir Senz, it brings together physician guidance, comprehensive assessment, ongoing access, and a plan that evolves with your physiology and goals.

Rather than viewing each symptom or data point in isolation, we follow patterns across seven interconnected systems and reassess how they change over time.

The aim is a clearer understanding of where you are—and a practical path for building resilience.

WHAT MEMBERS VALUE

Care that connects—and continues.

Most members are looking for more than one of these. In practice, they belong together.

HOW IT WORKS

How your care takes shape.

It begins with a thoughtful conversation and leads to a plan you can act on. Through ongoing care, we measure what changes, learn from your response, and refine the plan with more understood each time.

01

Begin with your whole story

We start with your goals, history, lived experience, and a comprehensive baseline of where things stand.

02

Map the Connected Pattern

We connect your symptoms and experiences with biomarkers and physiology across seven interconnected systems—revealing relationships that individual data points may miss.

03

Build a Plan Around Your Life

Together, we establish clear priorities for nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, supplements, and medication support when appropriate.

04

Reassess and Refine

Follow-up visits and repeat assessments show what is changing, what is working, and where the plan should go next.

THE FLOe LIFE DIFFERENCE

Reclaimyourvitality.Agewithintention

Seven systems, read together.

The Vital FLOe Assessment examines patterns across seven interconnected systems—from regulation and oxygen delivery to cellular energy, clearance, and movement.

It brings biomarkers together with physiology and lived experience, so no single symptom or number is interpreted on its own.

The result is a connected view of where capacity is strong, where it may be narrowing, and where to begin.

COMMAND · TIMING · ADAPTABILITY

Can your body tell safe from threatened?

Your nervous system and hormones are the body's conductor. They decide when to mobilize and when to repair, when to digest, when to sleep, when to build tissue and when to conserve.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Wired but tired, restless sleep, slow recovery, low libido, feeling on edge with nothing to point at.

Possible advanced assessments:

To help us understand whether the body can regulate stress, sleep, recovery, mood, cognition, and hormonal timing, we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- Oura / wearable HRV and sleep tracking
- Advanced hormone panels
- Cortisol rhythm testing
- Neurocognitive testing
- Autonomic testing when appropriate
- Sleep study when nervous system recovery appears impaired

INTAKE · TOLERANCE · DEFENSE

Is food arriving as nourishment or as threat?

Where the outside world meets the inside one. Your gut lining, skin, microbiome, and immune system decide what gets absorbed and what gets defended against. This is not only digestion. It is discernment. When that judgment drifts, the body starts defending against things it used to handle without effort.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Bloating, reflux, irregular digestion, new food reactions, skin changes, catching everything that goes around.

Possible advanced assessments:

To help us understand digestion, absorption, immune tolerance, microbiome balance, barrier integrity, and inflammatory triggers we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- KBMO FIT
- Gut Barrier Analysis
- Microbiome testing
- GI-MAP or similar stool testing
- Food sensitivity testing
- Secretory IgA
- TMAO
- Functional GI referral when needed

DELIVERY · RESERVE · DISTRIBUTION

Can oxygen and fuel reach the tissue?

Having the right nutrients, hormones, and oxygen is not enough. They have to arrive. Lungs, red cells, heart, vessels, vascular tone, and microcirculation carry them out to the tissue and start carrying waste back. This is also your reserve, the margin you draw on when life asks for more than usual.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Heaviness, breathless on stairs, cold hands and feet, endurance that has quietly dropped, long recovery after effort.

Possible Advanced Assessments:

To help us understand oxygen delivery, vascular health, aerobic reserve, cardiovascular risk, and the ability to distribute nutrients and oxygen we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- VO₂ max testing
- Heart rate recovery
- Exertional oxygen saturation
- Pulmonary function testing
- Coronary calcium scoring
- Cleerly
- Carotid ultrasound
- Cardiology referral
- Advanced lipid testing
- Lp(a), ApoB, LDL-P
- Sleep study if oxygenation or sleep-disordered breathing is suspected

PERMISSION · SENSING · METABOLIC FLEXIBILITY

Can your cells take the fuel in?

Arrival is not entry. The cell still has to open the gate. Insulin sensitivity, glucose regulation, and membrane health decide whether fuel actually crosses, and whether you can switch cleanly between burning glucose and burning fat. Fuel in the bloodstream with no access at the cell feels exactly like not having enough.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Sleepy after meals, afternoon crash, cravings, weight that will not move, energy that depends entirely on when you last ate.

Possible Advanced Assessments:

To help us understand whether the body can handle fuel, regulate glucose, maintain insulin sensitivity, and permit energy into the cell we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- CGM
- Fasting insulin and HOMA-IR
- Advanced metabolic panels
- Body composition
- Visceral fat assessment
- Glycation markers
- AGE imaging
- Epigenetic or biologic age tools when appropriate

ENERGY · REDOX · EFFICIENCY

Can you make energy cleanly?

Once fuel is inside the cell, your mitochondria convert it by moving electrons down a chain. That electron flow is the small e in FLOe. Vitamins and minerals are the cofactors that make it work. Inflammation and oxidative stress draw on the same budget, which is why you can eat well, sleep well, and still run empty.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Depleted rather than sleepy, brain fog, muscle weakness, poor exercise tolerance, slow recovery when everything else is in order.

Possible advanced assessments:

To help us understand whether cellular energy production, mitochondrial efficiency, nutrient sufficiency, and redox burden, we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- MEScreen
- CoQ10
- RBC magnesium
- Micronutrient testing
- Oxidative stress testing
- Mitochondrial markers
- Phase angle
- VO₂ max
- Fatigue-focused panels

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Puffiness, swelling, morning stiffness, headaches, sensitivity to alcohol or chemicals, staying sore for days after effort.

Possible Advanced Assessments:

To help us understand whether the body can process, filter, drain, and clear what it no longer needs, we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- CMP
- GGT
- Bilirubin
- Cystatin C
- eGFR
- Urinalysis
- uACR when appropriate
- Lymphatic assessment
- EBOO or ozone candidacy evaluation
- Environmental/toxin burden assessment when appropriate

STRUCTURE · SUPPORT · COMMUNICATION

Can force move through you?

Fascia, muscle, tendon, ligament, cartilage, bone, joints. Structure is not only the frame. Fascia wraps, connects, hydrates, senses, and transmits force through your whole body, and blood vessels, lymphatics, nerves, and immune cells all travel through it. Lose flow here and the body loses mechanical communication, which is why a restriction in one place so often shows up somewhere else.

YOU MIGHT NOTICE

Stiffness, restricted motion, poor balance, the same injury returning, a body that feels older than you are.

Possible advanced assessments:

To help us understand quality of the structural network, tissue stiffness, hydration, fascial flow, mobility, and mechanical communication, we may recommend the below advanced assessments.

- InBody
- Phase angle
- ECW/TBW
- Range of motion testing
- Strength testing
- Myotonometry
- Ultrasound
- Shear wave elastography
- Fascial ultrasound mapping
- AGE fluorescence imaging
- Motion analysis
- Physical therapy or fascial specialist evaluation

FLOe GUIDES

Your plan continues between visits.

Your physician directs your medical care. Your FLOe Guide helps translate that plan into realistic, repeatable actions—supporting the everyday work that creates meaningful change.

Guide support may accompany a FLOe Life membership or be used as a separate service.

A plan only works if it can live in your week.

  • Clarifying your goals and first steps.
  • Building realistic routines around sleep, nutrition, and movement.
  • Supporting follow-through with physician-directed supplements and medications.
  • Helping you organize trends from wearable and glucose data.
  • Tracking what is working and bringing that feedback back to your care team.
FLOe LIFE CONCIERGE LEVELS

One relationship. Two levels of support.

Both FLOe Life memberships provide relationship-based internal medicine guided by the FLOe Method: more time with your physician, a connected view of your health, ongoing follow-up, secure communication, care coordination, and a plan that evolves with you.

The difference is the breadth of assessment, frequency of reassessment, and level of implementation support.

FLOe Life Essential

Connected concierge internal medicine with more time, continuity, and a proactive plan.

  • An unhurried first visit to understand your health history, current concerns, goals, lived experience, and what you want your health to help you continue—or return—to doing.

  • A connected assessment of the Seven Systems of Vital FLOe using your biomarkers, physiology, body composition, wearable information, and lived experience. The result is a clearer picture of where you are and where care may be most useful.

  • Your physician selects and interprets a comprehensive longevity-focused laboratory panel through the FLOe framework, looking at patterns across systems rather than reading each result in isolation.

  • In-office measurements provide additional information about cardiac rhythm, breathing capacity, body composition, muscle, and metabolic health. These findings become part of your larger Vital FLOe picture.

  • Relevant information from compatible devices—including sleep, recovery, activity, heart rate, and HRV—is considered alongside your medical history and laboratory findings. Data may be physician-reviewed or entered into your dashboard rather than continuously transferred.

  • A focused physician visit to check in on your health, review meaningful changes, repeat selected measurements, and refine the next steps in your care.

  • Brief phone or video visits for new symptoms, minor illnesses, medication questions, or other health concerns that arise between your longer scheduled assessments.

  • Your physician reviews medications in the context of your complete health picture, monitors response and safety, and makes adjustments when appropriate.

  • A secure way to communicate appropriate questions, updates, and concerns with the care team between scheduled visits. Some concerns may require a Touchpoint or a longer physician visit.

  • Help identifying appropriate specialists, coordinating imaging, and connecting relevant information across your care. Specialist visits, imaging, and other outside services are billed separately.

  • A personalized view that brings your laboratory findings, physiology, body composition, sleep, recovery, and wearable measures into one connected Seven-System (Vital FLOe) picture that can be followed over time.

  • Access to trusted FLOe-aligned professionals, services, educational resources, and preferred member benefits across the FLOe Paradigm. Outside services remain separately billed.

FLOe Life Elevate

Everything in Essential, with broader assessment, more frequent reassessment, and greater implementation support.

  • An expanded physician assessment that connects your medical history, current physiology, goals, movement, hormones, cognitive health, emotional wellbeing, body composition, and lived experience.

  • The broader Vital FLOe Assessment is repeated every six months so changes in biomarkers, physiology, movement, body composition, cognition, recovery, and lived experience can be seen together.

  • Focused physician visits at months three and nine connect the larger six-month assessments, review meaningful changes, and refine the plan before small changes become larger problems.

  • A structured assessment of mobility, stability, balance, movement patterns, and how efficiently force travels through the body. It helps connect physical function with recovery, resilience, and the other FLOe systems.

  • A structured look at attention, memory, mood, sleep, stress, and other factors that influence how the brain functions day to day. This complements—not replaces—mental-health or neurologic care when either is needed.

  • Symptoms, history, goals, examination findings, and laboratory results are considered together. When clinically appropriate, care may include physician-directed BHRT, TRT, or other treatment with ongoing monitoring and reassessment.

  • Body composition, muscle, fat distribution, glucose regulation, nutrition, movement, sleep, and metabolic biomarkers are read together. Medication may be considered when appropriate within a broader plan; medication costs are separate.

  • Selected peptide protocols may be considered when clinically appropriate and are physician-directed, monitored, and reassessed rather than used indefinitely. Peptide and related laboratory costs are separate.

  • Clear priorities for nutrition, sleep, movement, recovery, and supplements are developed from your assessment and adjusted as your needs and physiology change. Supplements are purchased separately.

  • Between physician visits, a FLOe Guide helps translate the care plan into realistic actions, establish routines, track what is working, and identify where the plan may need refinement.

  • More frequent scheduled physician contact and priority access for concerns that require medical review, allowing the plan to evolve with greater continuity and less delay.

  • Elevate members receive expanded preferred benefits across eligible services within the FLOe Paradigm. Procedures, products, and outside services remain separately billed unless specifically identified as included.

Essential is designed for members who want a trusted physician relationship, proactive prevention, and an annual comprehensive assessment.

Elevate is intended for members who want more frequent reassessment, closer follow-through, and deeper support across multiple areas of health.

A brief Discovery Call can help you understand the options and determine which starting point best fits your needs.

The Discovery Call is introductory and is not a medical evaluation.

FLOe Guide or health-coach support is included with our Elevate membership.

Your Guide helps translate the physician’s plan into realistic daily practices, providing accountability, education, and support between physician visits.

FLOe CURRENTS

Some people start with one thing.

Begin with the concern most present to you. These focused pathways bring the same whole-person thinking behind FLOe Life to a more specific area of care. They may remain focused or broaden only when your needs and goals call for it.

These should be described as focused entry points into FLOe Life, while Essential and Elevate provide the longitudinal physician relationship.

What it is
A physician-directed evaluation of hormonal health based on your symptoms, history, goals, and targeted laboratory testing. When appropriate, care may include BHRT, TRT, or other strategies, with ongoing monitoring and adjustment.

Who it is for
People experiencing changes in energy, sleep, mood, body composition, sexual health, menstrual or menopausal symptoms, or other concerns that may have a hormonal component.

Hormone care is not based on a single number or prescription. Hormones are considered alongside sleep, stress, metabolism, nutrition, and overall health—and treatment is adjusted according to both your response and your results.

Book a Discovery Visit

What it is
A physician-guided consideration of peptide or bioregulator therapies for a clearly defined health or recovery goal. When appropriate, protocols are selected individually and monitored over a defined period.

Who it is for
People who have established the essential foundations of sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery but may benefit from an additional, targeted layer of support.

Good to know
These therapies are optional tools within a broader plan—not substitutes for foundational health. Appropriateness depends on your medical history, goals, available evidence, and physician evaluation.

Book a Discovery Visit

What it is
A physician-supervised program that looks beyond the number on the scale. InBody analysis, metabolic biomarkers, hormones, nutrition, movement, sleep, and recovery are considered together to create a personalized plan.

Who it is for
People who want to improve metabolic health, reduce excess body fat, preserve or build lean muscle, and create changes they can sustain.

Good to know
Progress is measured through body composition and metabolic health—not weight alone. Medication may be considered when appropriate, but it is used within a broader strategy designed to protect muscle and support long-term health.

Book a Discovery Visit

What it is
A private, physician-led evaluation of sexual health that considers hormones, circulation, nervous-system regulation, metabolism, sleep, medications, stress, and relationship to overall wellbeing.

Who it is for
People experiencing changes in desire, arousal, erectile function, comfort, performance, sensation, or confidence—or those who simply want to preserve sexual vitality as they age.

Good to know
Nothing is assumed and nothing is rushed. Laboratory testing may be part of the evaluation, but recommendations are individualized, and specialty referral is coordinated when needed.

Book a Discovery Visit

What it is
A structured assessment of focus, memory, mental clarity, mood, stress response, and sleep—interpreted alongside hormones, metabolism, oxygen delivery, inflammation, and nutrient status.

Who it is for
People who want to improve clarity, resilience, and cognitive performance or better understand changes they have begun to notice.

Good to know
This is an optimization-focused pathway that works alongside—not in place of—neurologic or mental-health care. When specialized evaluation is needed, we help identify and coordinate the appropriate next step.

Questions

In case you're wondering.

This is FLOe Life’s comprehensive way of understanding how well your body is functioning across the 7 interconnected systems of Vital FLOe. It brings together biomarkers, physiologic testing, body composition, wearable data, and your Lived Experience to reveal strengths, identify emerging friction, and guide your next steps.

A routine physical is designed primarily to screen for disease, update preventive care, and address current medical concerns. The Vital FLOe Assessment goes further by examining capacity—how well your body is adapting, recovering, producing energy, delivering oxygen, regulating hormones and metabolism, clearing waste, and supporting your ability to live fully.

Yes. Hormone therapy may be considered when clinically appropriate based on symptoms, health history, goals, laboratory findings, and physician evaluation.

Hormones are interpreted within the larger Vital FLOe picture (System 1)—not treated as isolated numbers.

Yes. Peptides may be considered when clinically appropriate and connected to a clearly defined goal. They are used as optional tools within a broader plan that addresses sleep, nutrition, movement, metabolism, and recovery.

Yes. FLOe Life evaluates body composition and metabolic health together, including lean muscle, body fat, glucose regulation, insulin sensitivity, hormones, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, and movement. The goal is not simply weight loss—it is healthier, more capable physiology.

Yes. Sexual health is an important part of overall health. We evaluate potential contributors including hormones, circulation, nervous-system regulation, metabolism, medications, sleep, stress, and pelvic health in a private and individualized setting.

Yes. FLOe Life evaluates focus, memory, mental clarity, mood, stress response, and sleep within the broader physiologic picture. This optimization-focused care complements—but does not replace—neurologic, psychiatric, or mental-health treatment when those services are needed.

When your path expands.

FLOe Life may be where your work begins, but vitality does not belong to one pathway. When your goals call for greater support in movement, recovery, or regeneration, the rest of FLOe connects with what we already understand about you—without starting over.

Build more capacity forthe life you want to live.
