Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Senz draws on more than fifteen years of Pittsburgh practice to build relationships in which people are known over time and seen as a whole. She begins with each person’s history, current concerns, lifestyle, priorities, and destination, then brings together prevention, medication management, hormone and metabolic health, body composition, and sustainable lifestyle change.

With a background in orthopedics and aesthetics, Casey brings a precise, practical approach to regenerative care and cellular aesthetics while supporting selected male and female hormone, body-composition, and sexual-wellness pathways. She works collaboratively with Dr. Burnett and Dr. Senz to connect each treatment to the person’s broader goals and care plan.

IV & Advanced Therapy Care

Supports intravenous, infusion, and advanced clinical therapies within the FLOe method in Wexford.

Drawing on a background in neonatal nursing, Cat brings deep clinical experience, careful attention, and a calm, steady presence to intravenous and advanced therapies across FLOe. Her work includes IV nutrient therapy, NAD+, IV ozone, TruDose, and other physician-guided protocols—helping ensure that each treatment is delivered with precision, personal support, and a clear connection to the person’s broader care plan.
