Teressa (Tressa) Carrozzi, PA-C

Teressa (Tressa) Carrozzi, PA-C, DMS is a dual board-certified physician assistant with advanced degrees in both public health and medical science, blending expertise in neurosurgery, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016, then pursued dual graduate degrees at Shenandoah University, receiving a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Science in Public Health.

Tressa began her career in neurosurgery, managing complex brain and spine conditions across surgical, inpatient, and outpatient settings. She also served as the lead PA for her department’s brain tumor multidisciplinary clinic, working closely with patients undergoing treatment for both primary and secondary brain tumors.

In 2024, she expanded into aesthetic medicine, training in cosmetic injectables and nonsurgical aesthetic treatments while continuing her neurosurgical work. She earned her Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) degree in 2024, gaining additional expertise in healthcare leadership and public health policy.

Tressa joined Regeneration Pittsburgh in early 2025 to integrate her surgical and aesthetic background into patient-centered regenerative care, with a focus on musculoskeletal pain relief, natural aesthetics, and functional wellness.
