At Regeneration Pittsburgh, we value the trust you place in our team and strive to provide the highest quality of care, treatments, and wellness products/supplements. To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with medical regulations, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Medical Services & Procedures
All medical services, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable.
This includes consultations, in-office treatments, regenerative procedures, aesthetic procedures, IV therapies, and any other medical services provided by our clinicians. Once a service has been rendered or a procedure has begun, payment is final.
Please note that results from medical services and treatments vary by individual. While our team strives to provide the best care, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and therefore refunds are not available if expectations differ from results.
Patient-Specific Prescription Supplements & Compounded Medications
All prescription-only supplements, compounded medications, or patient-specific orders are non-refundable. These items are prepared or ordered specifically for your individual treatment plan and cannot legally or safely be returned or resold.
While our providers carefully select prescriptions based on your health needs and goals, no guarantee of specific outcomes can be made. The effectiveness of prescription supplements and medications may vary among patients, and lack of desired results does not make a product eligible for return or refund.
Because every individual responds differently to prescription therapies, tolerance, side effects, or a decision to discontinue treatment do not qualify as grounds for a refund or return. If you experience discomfort or side effects, please contact our office promptly. Our providers will work with you to adjust your dosage, switch to an alternative therapy, or recommend supportive care.
Nutraceuticals & Personal Care Products
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Products that are past the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return (for Eligible Items)
If you wish to return an unopened product within the 14-day window:
- Contact our office at (724 )382-7272 or info@regenpitt.com to notify us of your return request.
- Bring the unopened product(s), along with your proof of purchase, to our office during normal business hours.
- Our staff will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return is approved.
Additional Notes & Exceptions
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
- .Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted products are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if products appear opened, tampered with, or outside of the stated return window.
- Patients with concerns about treatment results are encouraged to schedule a follow-up appointment with their provider. In some cases, additional supportive care or adjustments may be recommended as part of your ongoing treatment plan, but refunds will not be provided.
