Pre-Order & Eligibility Disclaimer for Peptide Orders
Prescription Requirement
All peptides available for purchase through Regeneration Pittsburgh require a valid prescription issued by one of our licensed providers. Orders may only be placed by established patients who have been evaluated and approved for peptide therapy.
Pre-Order Process
Online peptide orders function as requests, not automatic approvals. Once a pre-order is submitted, our clinical team will review it against your medical records and current prescription. If additional information or a follow-up appointment is required, a member of our office will contact you directly.
Eligibility & Approval
- If your pre-order matches your active prescription and you are eligible, the order will be released to our pharmacy partner for fulfillment.
- If your pre-order does not align with your prescription, or you are not eligible for any reason, the order will be declined and a full refund will be issued. Refunds & Final Sale
- Refunds are only issued in cases of ineligibility or prescription mismatch. Once an order has been approved and shipped by the pharmacy, it is considered final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Patient Acknowledgment
By submitting a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your order will undergo clinical review prior to approval.
- Approval is contingent upon your medical eligibility and current prescription.
- Refunds are only available if your order is not approved.
- All approved peptide shipments are final sale.
Shipping Policy for Peptide Orders
Fulfillment & Delivery
All peptide orders placed through Regeneration Pittsburgh are fulfilled and shipped directly by our licensed partner pharmacy. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase, as we cannot modify the shipping destination once the order has been submitted.
Processing & Delivery Timeline
Peptide orders generally require 2–3 weeks for processing, compounding, and delivery. Shipping times may vary based on pharmacy workload, supply availability, and carrier delays. Regeneration Pittsburgh cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is complimentary with every peptide purchase. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged to the patient.
Responsibility & Risk of Loss
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the recipient. Regeneration Pittsburgh is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or undelivered packages once they have been accepted by the carrier. Patients are responsible for tracking their package and contacting the carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of prescription medications, all peptide orders are final sale. We cannot accept returns, issue exchanges, or provide credit for medications once they have been dispensed and shipped from the pharmacy.

Fulfillment & Shipping
All affiliate product orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped directly by the wellness partner, not by Regeneration Pittsburgh. Delivery times, shipping fees (if any), and carrier policies are determined solely by the partner and may vary from our in-house policies.
Responsibility & Support
Regeneration Pittsburgh does not handle, ship, or control these orders. We are not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, product quality, or customer service related to affiliate partner purchases.
