Based on your consultation, we’ll outline a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your goals. You’ll know exactly what to expect—from treatment options to timeline and pricing.

If you're ready and eligible, we can begin treatment the same day. Otherwise, our team will walk you through the next steps and help get your sessions scheduled.

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications and supplements, and any relevant medical records or imaging. If you're seeking treatment for a specific concern, bringing prior evaluations helps us personalize your care.
Insurance is accepted only for musculoskeletal pain & joint mobility services. Although we strive to help the best we can, every plan is unique and it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to verify in network status as well as benefits & coverage.
Downtime depends on the treatment you receive. Many services have little to no recovery time—patients often return to work or regular activity the same day. For procedures like microneedling or injections, you might experience temporary redness, swelling, or tenderness. We’ll provide post-care instructions so you know what to expect.
Most new patient appointments take about 45–60 minutes. This includes time to review your history, perform a physical assessment if needed, discuss your goals, and recommend a personalized treatment plan.
In many cases, yes. If you're a good candidate and we have time, we can often begin treatment during your first visit. However, more complex cases may require further review or prep before starting. Either way, you'll leave with a clear plan and next steps.
